Deadline in two weeks for health insurance coverage that begins Jan 1 The Department of Health and Social Services is reminding Delawareans that December 15 is the last day to sign up for health insurance coverage that begins January 1 through Delaware's Health Insurance Marketplace. If you bought a health insurance plan this year, you can renew your current plan or enroll in a different plan for 2015. Open enrollment continues through February 15. All 2014 marketplace plans end on December 31. You can enroll in marketplace coverage at HealthCare.gov v or through an agent or broker. Marketplace guides are available at more than 70 locations throughout the state, and to find a guide near you, just go to ChooseHealthDE.com.
