LOS ANGELES - Donald and Shelly Sterling will square off in a Los Angeles courtroom on July 7 with the future of the Los Angeles Clippers at stake.
A Superior Court probate judge ruled Wednesday that a four-day trial will be held beginning that date to determine if Shelly Sterling properly removed Donald from the trust that owned the Clippers, which she then sold to billionaire Steve Balmer for $2 billion.
A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for June 23.
It will take four days because the judge determined that's how long would be needed after reading Shelly Sterling's filing.
