Cops put the brakes on a group of dirt bike and ATV riders who were using a Queens roadway as their personal playground, cops said.

Police got several calls around 5 p.m. Saturday about the motorbikes driving recklessly on the Van Wyck Expressway near Hillside Ave.

Police say Omid Bedi, 30, was arrested on reckless endangerment and other charges after driving his four-wheeled ATV the wrong way on the highway. Motorcyclist Equilla Ross, 39, was arrested on a criminal nuisance charge.

Other motorcyclists lifted their bikes over the expressway median to flee, cops said.

An SUV driver was dragged from his car and beaten last September after crossing paths with a group of out-of-control motorcycle riders and driving over one of them in Manhattan.
