John Stamos' mother Loretta dies at 75: 'The love of my life passed away'
John Stamos is mourning the death of his mother.
The 51-year-old actor took to Instagram to share the sad news that his mom, Loretta Stamos, passed away at the age of 75 Monday.
'Loretta Stamos - 1939-2014 The love of my life passed away yesterday in her home surrounded by her children and grandchildren,' the former 'Full House' star wrote Tuesday along with a sweet photo of the two of them from when he was a child.
'My mother had enough love to fuel a small country. She was truly one of a kind and will live forever in the hearts of all who knew her.'

'A few weeks ago, I asked my mom if she remembered an inconsequential event - she simply replied, 'I only remember the love.' #Brokenhearted #Iloveyouthemost.'
Stamos urged those who were interested at the end of his touching post to please donate to the charity that was founded by Loretta, The Vanguard Cancer Foundation.
