Nicki Minaj and August Alsina may have denied dating rumours in the past, but the pair still look picture perfect as they play a couple that get rather steamy in the new music video for No Love.

After teasing the music video with numerous photographs and clips, it has now finally been unveiled, and as per usual, Minaj has managed to add a rather original twist to it. Despite her recently describing Alsina as her 'brother from another mother' in a photo caption, the pair get down and dirty in the clip, with Nicki wearing lots of figure flashing outfits.

It tells the story of a couple whose relationship was great when it first started out, but the guy, played by August, gets distracted and starts going out and partying a lot, hanging out with different girls.

The release came around the same time as August was hospitalised after collapsing and falling off stage during a concert on Monday night, with the whole thing being caught on camera.

A rep told TMZ yesterday that August was in the ICU of a New York City hospital and was receiving treatment for seizures. It is believed that the fainting was brought on by exhaustion and dehydration.
